Activity Introduction
Taiwan Bank orchestrated the consortium loan for Hengs Technology, amounting to NTD 1.235 billion. On 23rd November, a signing ceremony was held at the Hengs Technology, during which Mr. Chou Tsan-Huang, the General Manager of Taiwan Business Bank, represented the consortium of lending banks and jointly signed the agreement with Mr. Chou Heng-Hao, the Chairman of Hengs Technology.
Organized by Taiwan Business Bank, the syndicated loan had co-organizers including Agricultural Bank of Taiwan, Cathay United Bank, and Hua Nan Commercial Bank. Other banks, such as Taiwan Cooperative Bank, Bank of Taiwan, Chang Hwa Commercial Bank, Yuanta Commercial Bank, Bank of Kaohsiung, Taichung Commercial Bank, Bank Sinopac, and Bank of Panhsin, were actively invited to participate as lenders. Taiwan Business Bank emphasized that Hengs Technology is a renowned domestic solar power plant construction company. It achieved the first O&M (Operation and Maintenance) certificate for a solar power plant in Taiwan issued by Germany's TÜV Rheinland in October 2017. This certificate was not easily obtained and signifies the company's significant leadership position in the solar energy system industry in terms of construction and maintenance capabilities.
