Opportunity for Hengs' Development in Southeast Asia
While expanding into the Cambodian market, we discovered two Taiwanese individuals who were actively expanding their business locally.
In 2015, Hengs tech entered a collaboration with their company. Our company provided technology and funding, while they offered on-site services and business expansion in the area. We operated in the local market and quickly secured several projects, yielding excellent results.
Due to the unstable power supply by the local government and the demand for energy-efficient and carbon reduction measures in some contract manufacturing facilities as required by the European Union or the United States, Hengs tech constructed a solar power plant in Cambodia.
This plant not only provides a stable source of electricity and helps these contract manufacturing facilities implement energy-saving and carbon reduction measures to secure more orders but also offers electricity to local businesses at a lower cost than the grid.
Moreover, with an average of 5 hours of daily sunlight in Cambodia, which is 20% more than in Taiwan, investors, contractors, and property owners can easily create a mutually beneficial partnership under these favorable conditions.

Cambodia's Special Economic Zones
Due to the local unstable power supply and the requirement for energy efficiency and carbon reduction imposed by the EU and the United States on some brand manufacturers, the Dacheng Group is constructing a solar power plant in Cambodia. Our special assistant, Mr. Zhou Heng shou, and the manager of the Chinese Sunshine Charity Foundation, among others, attended the contract signing ceremony at the project site.
